We are always accepting new patients from newborns to adults.

​Available Hours? 
We are open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
       With the exception for lunch from Noon until ​1:00 p.m.

What if I need a translator?
We have a Receptionist that is bilingual. 

Scheduling appointments? 
 You may contact our office at 931-526-3316 to schedule an appointment, if you have an urgent medical need please call the office at (931) 526 - 3316 and we will try our best to see you in a timely manner. 

What if I am sick? 
Contact our office and we will make every reasonable attempt to attend to your care as quickly as possible.

What is our payment policy?
Payment and/or co-payment are due at the time of service. If you have insurance we will file your claim at the time of service. 

What payments are accepted?
       Cash, Credit, Debit, Check, or Care Credit.

What insurances are accepted?
-Some of our contracted Commercial Insurances include: Aetna, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, TriCare, and United HealthCare.
-Tenncare MCOs: Amerigroup,  BlueCare, Tenncare Select, and United Healthcare of the River Valley.
